People are nice. The communication with senior engineers and project managers are good.

Pros

The owner is excited about innovation and caring about the employees. Catered lunch every Tuesday and Thursday and breakfast on the other days. Very friendly coworkers.

Cons

this might not be the place for you if you aren't flexible enough to learn and work with a team.
