They hire and lay off people. There is no focus on setting goals for the company as a whole. If you need a stable work environment and don't want to lose a job over a night, this is not the place to be in.

Run away from this place. It’s like a bad dream. Someone gets hired and fired almost every single day. Half the company just got laid off, and the owner is sexist and racist.
