Thank you for the feedback. From the time you interview through your Day 1 orientation we let all candidates know that working here at EPE is a team effort that includes having to wear multiple hats at times including learning and trying new things. We do want all of our employees to continue to grow and learn so they don't fall behind in this highly competitive and ever changing technology era. Our employees have said that staying on top of the latest and greatest technologies is critically important for them and in fact has caused some to leave previous jobs. For example our Graphic Designers are getting UX/UI training and this makes them more sought out for more work opportunities. We appreciate the feedback, but this is something that we are going to continue, but will ensure that we do a better job of communicating to all candidates during our interview process.
