Pros

Working at EPI-USE is what you make of it. The people are amazingly smart and supportive.

Cons

It a self directed company. There's little hand holding. You have to be willing to get involved in multiple areas if you want to progress.

Pros

Allows new ideas and pushes the team to think outside the box Accepting of people who may not always have the answer, but will work hard to find it Cares about their team Understands the work/life balance Makes decisions quickly and follows through Different working atmosphere, but provides an opportunity to work towards job level increases (Senior Consultant, Associate Partner, Partner, etc.) They are so much more than an HR company!

Cons

I believe marketing is weak. We really aren't telling everyone how great we are.
