Pros

Flat structure allows for communication between junior and senior staff. Pay is good. A lot of effort goes into team building. Most teams are generous with responsibilities and regard training ver highly.

Cons

Communication can be better but really depends on the team you're in. Benefits are minimal compared to similar companies. Flat structure limits room for growing your career.
