The people are what really make this job. I've been working at Labs now 4.5 years and it's been honestly the best job I've had to date.

Pros

-Fast paced -No red tape -Family feel in a corporate environment -Great team -0ver 1000 of the worlds best companies, running SAP, it's amazing exposure -Great culture -Awesom life and health cover -Decent Remuneration -Variety (Not Boring) -Unique and versatile IP -Advancement is almost guaranteed due to how quickly it's growing

Cons

-Gets confused for the sister company called EPI-USE -A lot of work, not evenly distributed amongst the regions -Demand is growing faster than the management can keep up with -Remuneration does not grow in line with the company's growth rate -Not enough corporate structure, current set up is somewhat dated, (growing pains)
