Pros

Fun, dynamic work environment with youth and mature people alike. Some of the best software engineers in the country work for this company and it is an honour to work among them

Cons

A bit isolated from the rest of the tech companies so environment is a bit lax at times. One can find it difficult to gauge their level of growth when comparing with other companies
