Great culture and co-workers. Lots of changes to learn. Perform well and you'll be given more responsibility.

Cons

Run like a small company but its not that small anymore. Its often hard to know what's going on what where your place is. Benefits are terrible.

The people make EPI-USE. Knowledge sharing is encouraged so you can always learn sometime new. You are given a lot of autonomy, but if you need support, all you have to do is ask.

Cons

No job is perfect. The benefits are costly. Sometimes communication is lacking.
