EPI-USE has very smart and experienced employees. My manager had experience in multiple industries and gave me great career advice. Benefits are good. They are multi-cultural and respect women.

Cons

Some of the younger managers on my team lack experience, coaching, and sound decision making and are probably better suited as an architect. The base pay is ok but maybe low compared to the market. Our team had an unclear bonus/profit sharing plan but no hourly pay for billable hours. No one knew how it worked. And it wasn’t guaranteed. This does not reward the best consultants who stay 100% billable. The dept head was somewhat ADHD and kept changing strategic direction. Training needs improvement
