I'd say take this job if you want to be a frog that's slowly boiled alive.
Expectations can be internally contradictory, where on your team you'll be told two conflicting things at risk of negative feedback from both. Customers are expected to do nothing, and upper leadership, particularly IEs and IDs are relatively useless, because Epic tends to keep around people who are servile, obedient, and uncomfortable with directly challenging BS. As a result, if a customer acts nastily to you, don't expect support.
Long work hours, relative to the pay. Good to have done, but the first few years are basically hazing, without any major upside.
You'll be told that management is flat. If you ever give negative feedback upwards, you'll learn quickly that isn't the case.
