- great client platform; works with notably great companies in pharma - training process is incredible - consistently learning new things, space is interesting - lots of earning potential - great team environment

Cons

- if the life sciences space is too complicated, this would be hard to recruit in as you have to do a lot of deep dive into the space to be a successful, knowledgeable, and informative consultant

Working at EPM Scientific was a horrible experience. Horrible training, cocky and arrogant managers, unlivable salary, and just an over all toxic environment. No wonder there is an extremely high turnover.

You actually learn a lot and they truly help. I would say the people here are friendly. Commission is great!

Cons

Micromanage, base salary is horrible you can barely make it to the next pay check if you’re not making any commission, favoritism
