When you were able to have your "perks" schedule which is a joke how it's managed the hours were nice. Used to be a great team

The company was great from my experience for awhile. Until a new admin manager took over. She seems weak and does not like anyone that asks questions or has a strong personality and targets them. Several people have quit since she started and she has been doing everything she can to weed out those she doesn't like. And the company has no problem with letting good employees go. This company will be ruined by her. Department has never been so far behind with so many complaints ever, because of her lack of good management and HR and the owners lack of giving a S about their employees. They fired someone under circumstances of discrimination and retaliation for FMLA. NO MORALS. Severely understaffed with recently super high turnover and when employees ask for help they do not get it. From HR included. They use that against the ones they want to get rid of. New admin manager is very manipulative with some sort of issue for sure. I would steer FAR away from this company especially if you are looking at admin or monitoring center which this terrible manager is also taking over (managing her own daughter too) she at one point told an employee that she was not allowed to eat her cucumber slices as they were not a snack and she could only eat chips lol just one small bit of the pettiness towards those she doesn't like. I hope that employee they fired right before Christmas sues them and rhe manager, it would be rightfully so
