EQT offers a fast paced environment that brings out the best in their employees each day. The business allows for employees to better themselves with new opportunities, the time to continue learning, and the ability to make a major impact on providing clean energy to the world.

Cons

EQT is growing exponentially, which comes with many changes that can be challenging to adapt to. However, once those changes are tackled, they often are for the betterment of the organization and ones hard work is evident when seeing the full picture.
