Micromanagement and empty promises

Pros

Working remote not much else.

Cons

Micromanaging to the extreme. This company used to feel like they cared about employees. Now it’s an obvious that somebody (corporate) issued too many checks that they can’t cash, as the saying goes because now they want to run the recruitment department through the ground and focus only on numbers. Forget establishing rapport with patients and gaining their trust. They want massive output. This is a SALES game to them not a “we want to help people connect with studies”. They always dangle a carrot saying “big” raises are coming… this company hasn’t given raises in 3 years. And the last time it was only like .25 cents. Always claiming a difficult and challenging year then in the same month communicating that they are spending money on new (useless) contracts with A.I. and outsourcing HR and recruiting and hiring multiple new managers just to micromanage. This company has gone down the drain. They slowly push long term employees out the door by expecting unrealistic and unclear metrics. They do not communicate. Anytime you ask them a question they dismiss you and either change the subject or respond with a question. They have no money for raises but yet come up with new manager titles and give those people big salaries. Interesting to give those salaries when they constantly say there’s no money for raises. I would suggest to anyone looking to work for this company to just give the BARE minimum bc all you are is a number to them. They want to constantly be monitoring call conversations with patients, all that extra time monitoring calls could be used to do something else like making the calls themselves or actually advocating for its employees. This is a dead end position no room for growth

Pros

Medical insurance is good the price was not to bad

Cons

The organization appears to prioritize short-term objectives over long-term sustainability. Opportunities for employee advancement are frequently overlooked due to insufficient staff development initiatives. The current strategy tends to apply superficial solutions until issues re-emerge. Furthermore, there is a noticeable lack of diversity within leadership positions, resulting in an inadequate approach to addressing diversity-related concerns for employees.
