Pros

They pay well if you have degrees.

Cons

Management. They’re a clique. If they don’t like you no matter how hard you work or how great you work, they will dig their grubby little hands into your studies to make your life a living hell. Oh you want to excel in your position? Good luck here, once you’re in your position with your base pay, they will exploit you to their fullest ability. They will hire outside at a lower pay just to save money instead of use the people who have experience. No matter your education level, hard work, or time put into the company, they could care less. Even if you think they like you, they don’t. They cannot be changed. Management is the issue.

Pros

There can be some wonderful staff at the various sites.

Cons

The senior leaders at corporate exhibit a significant disconnect regarding what is feasible at the site level. Their excessive greed is evident, resulting in the mistreatment and insufficient training of employees. There's speculation that the company is seeking a private equity buyer. This speculation could clarify the lack of investment in site infrastructure, prioritizing short-term financial gains at the expense of site functionality and profitability.
