      Pros

      They offer additional perks but some only count if you stay a long time. Given that they are a contracting company this is not always possible.

      Cons

      There are hidden costs associated with the salary. The leave is also limited. Switching of health care providers is a hassle.

      Pros

      So I had basically no manager while working as a contractor for this company, which was fine. When I told ERP my contract was ending in a month, they basically just seemed shocked and never found another contract or project to put me on. Also when seeking any payroll/Human Resources information, you might be treated like your bothering those departments, even if they are the only resources for information.

      Cons

      No overhead. Payroll/Human Resources difficult to get information from. No retention.
