Holidays Off and Military 96 flexibility. My direct supervisor was phenomenal, the best I have ever had, probably would have left this position much earlier if it was not for my amazing supervisor.

Cons

Recruiter was clueless about the actual position, unfortunately learned the hard way that the position I was hired for was very different from what the recruiter relayed to me. Beware working at military installations, will be subject to the military politics which should have no place in patient care and how you perform as a provider, yet, this was the case at this location unfortunately.
