      Pros

      A handful of the members of the delivery team are talented. Can keep customers just happy enough to not get sued.

      Cons

      Does not appreciate long term relationships. Looking for a quick buck. Difficult to navigate the support channels. Difficult to track down anyone above a director level. Unrealistic attainment goals without definitive territory assignment. Massive turnover; including at the executive level.

      Great Place to Work. Focus of Solution delivery and Customer Satisfaction. Work Satisfaction. Goal oriented work culture. Support System. People to rely on. Growing at a fast rate.

      Everybody around is a Champ.. so you have to be on toes all the time to prove your worth.
