Pros

The laid back atmosphere, and great people to work with makes me want to come to work everyday. The leadership really takes an interest in you as a person, and genuinely want you to succeed. The ongoing training in learning new technology keeps you motivated and inspired. We are able to travel monthly, and are able to attend conferences where we get to network and create long lasting friendships.

Cons

Only con is that I have to deal with rush hour traffic each way. but that's not the company's fault.
