Pros
Likeable coworkers who support each other. Good career advancement opportunities. Staff at all levels are encouraged to work on proposals and paid for all their time. (I've worked at competitors who routinely get people to spend their own time bidding work.) Increases in responsibility usually come with raises. Fairly open to remote or partially remote work.
Cons
401(k) matching is okay, but a bit lower than larger competitors. Top tier of company are the owners, so I'm not sure how advancement at the senior levels would work.
