Pros
Coworkers and the NASA folk are great. Plenty of low level jobs available because people are constantly leaving.
Cons
Consistently high turnover due to terrible PM selection. The current PM is the most disrespectful / leader-less manager I’ve ever worked for and he plays favoritism beyond belief by giving others better schedules and pay. ERT HQ is crooked as heck as well because any time he is reported to headquarters HR, they forward all information to him. Legally, ERT may find themselves in a real hole soon (not just for the HR stunts) if they don’t get rid of some people. The current PM will be the sole reason ERT loses many government contracts in the future.
