Pros

HR is flexible, approachable, and realistic. They are very understanding and always available to talk. Management is also flexible and easy to reach. The project I worked on was very interesting and provided me with external training opportunities.

Cons

Internal growth was based on number of years in the industry and not by skills or performance.
