None. Negative. Cannot stress this enough

Cons

An unprofessional workplace with verbal harassment and physical as well, disguised as "it's a warehouse!" Presented as casual, the most casual thing about it is the discrimination. Sexual, racial, whatever you can name, they've probably done it!

Pros

Wage, opportunity for OT, not too strict, benefits. Schedule is usually 3-4 days on, 3 days off, which is really nice for family/vacation time.

Cons

Drama, politics, ignorance, management or lack there of, favoritism.
