Pay- sometimes Fast paced Time can go by fast Some good people Works with your schedule to an extent

Cons

Hours. They will beat you to death and steal your soul. 8 hours is a short day, and typical days are 12.5 hours Treated like your lazy for being tired Zero home time or work life balance Shrinking goal times and pay. Increased difficulty Horrible healthcare You’ll never have a weekend off ever again.
