      some teams are very positive and continuous improvement minded, some are truly interested in supporting the company's safety program and growing employees for success, room for aggressive career growth in exchange at the cost of your personal life

      grueling schedules, operates 24/7/365 especially during holidays when people want to be home with families, high turnover rate, productivity based operation incentivizes bad behaviors with inconsistent application of the rules to correct bad behaviors, high burnout rates

      Decent pay. Will hire anyone and train anyone on the required equipment necessary to complete basic job functions.

      Cons

      Convoluted attendance policy and point system. Ridiculously high turnover rate. Benefits package is on par with a remedial minimum wage occupation.
