Exercise, operate robots, utilize problem solving skills, only work 3.5 days a week, opportunities for overtime, holiday pay, rewards for attendance, non-paid time off, sick/personal days, paid time off after one year, benefits including health and life insurance and 401k options

Cons

Understaffed in this department, equipment is high maintenance, hot and humid work space, moderate to high physicality, 12 hour shifts

Great Pay. Awesome Schedule. Lots of overtime. The bond you develop with your coworkers is powerful.

Cons

Overtime can be almost too much at times. The company is unfortunately very greedy, and they make it known. Very hard, demanding job.
