      Play hard/work hard environment. Nice people, mutually supportive environment.

      Cons

      Deceptive hiring practices. I was terminated after 30 days with no real logical reason given to me. I noticed the job requisition I had applied to was still on the external/internal job board. Management informed me not to worry about this. The requisition was taken down shortly after I left. I suspect I was replaced by an internal candidate with more intimate business knowledge.

      Pros

      as many breaks as you want it does not matter. make 25 and hour or 15 whatever you want.

      Cons

      your work every single day of your life. no days off. you have to call off 4 days in a row just to get a break
