      Great place to gain experience but then, you've got to move on

      Pros

      Good team of people to work with Most are hard working, very smart, and for the most part friendly The work is challenging and can be different daily so it stays interesting Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Pay is decent if you're hired in at the high end of your pay range Other than cost of living, pay increases at corporate are very hard to come by Benefits are not that hot but hey, they're there! No bonus for non executives No upward mobility you're already an executive

      If you need a job you can get one here. They hire anyone and give people chance.

      Cons

      Stuff might fall and hit you. People drive crazy in warehouse. People get hurt too much.
