      Great fast-paced workplace, helps get out of debt or push forward.

      Pros

      Great pay to begin with, you basically decide what your paycheck is going to look like. Great parking area so you won't have to drive 5 minutes to find a parking space.

      Cons

      Management is basically brainwashed, although most of the supervisors are former order selector or loaders they basically forget what the regular struggles are and put the "blame" on you for every error. There is also a lot of preference with certain workers. Bad scheduling usually you will be assigned a weekend day off but chances of you being off are slim.

      Pros

      The best reason to work here is that there is job security. They also have a very good 401k plan.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges of working here are your peer, employees and upper management. Each department is divided from the other.
