      Cons

      I worked in IT, which has CIO from parent company C&S wholesale grocers, and most leaders are telugu language speaking from India, and I felt that they have upper hand for their race. Also leaders are not technical so technically strong developers have hard time proving their skill and so no growth for right people.

      small group and small place work from home facility for 2 days a week

      Cons

      no professional growth salary increments are very very less stressful job not enough exposure to new technologies oncall support for 1 week 24/7 every 2 months which is very tiring and stressful
