Culture, values, and people are so great. Family away from family. Competitive pay and flexible working conditions. VERY family oriented!

Cons

I think every company has ups and downs and comes with weekly or monthly cons but nothing that is out of the ordinary. And, especially nothing that cannot be communicated with leadership and manager.

Amazing coworkers and some decent management.

Cons

Very secretive upper management. This company is truly a meat grinder. I was working 50 hours a week on average with little to no support. In all of my years there we were constantly under staffed and under appreciated.
