Pros

Work life/family balance is good if you are in the office. Nobody complains if your have personal stuff to take care of.

Cons

Pay is slightly lower. And workload can be very heavy at times.

Pros

Culture, values, and people are so great. Family away from family. Competitive pay and flexible working conditions. VERY family oriented!

Cons

I think every company has ups and downs and comes with weekly or monthly cons but nothing that is out of the ordinary. And, especially nothing that cannot be communicated with leadership and manager.
