      Pros

      If you show up everyday and work hard, you can make a good living as an IBEW electrician. The benefits aren't bad either.

      Cons

      If you want to have a long career at ESI you need to either get with one of the good foremen (rare), or brown nose one of the bad ones (not rare)

      The middle management at Electrical Services is poor and it affects the entire foreman crew down to the men.

      The pay and the amount of work the company sometimes has. The condition and type of jobs the company contracts for are clean for the most part.

      Cons

      The vice president and the superintendant are related and their poor management skills hurt the organizational behavior at the firm. The company needs trained, skilled managers to retain good employees.
