Pros

You can learn a lot of good technologies and best practices, some new technologies but the usage of old ones is a problem, documentation is poor, great talents and great people at junior and senior level, I lived many good days there with good memories, very respectful, flexible time, work life balance.

Cons

Poor salary, very bad managers, strategy is poor, and no investment in talents, huge turnover in some offices like the tunisia office, the managers have no idea about your work, promotions are given arbitrarily, no social activities.
