-Unique projects - No red tape - Opportunity to do cradle to grave - technical challenges

There is traffic in the morning.

Pros

No corporate red tape or political issues. Employees are treated with respect and their opinion is valuable. Work environment is positive and everyone gets along. My first experience in a company of this size and it is positive. Engineering team is very creative.
