Pros

Inside parking, benefits, new building, fitness work out area, Market Café and downtown location.

Cons

Very chaotic at upper management level. Lots of turnover and lack of leadership. Hard place to work and advance. Pay could be much better. Its seems every year the work environment gets more unstable and out of control as we loose key managers and workers. It has changed over the years and is now a totally different workplace then when I first started. I have seen many managers/friends come and go.

ESL FCU has great training.

Cons

No room to grow, you will stay where you come in. Be aware of NYS labor law and ESL policy. If you get on the bad side of management HR will not support you.
