Pros

We work hard and we love what we do. The culture is amazing since the new management team took over at the end of last year. And the growth we have seen has been greater than it ever was in any year prior. It really is a great company to work for!

Cons

Based on where we are today I have nothing negative to say.

Lots !! Too dependent on partners for business. No structure and no plan. Unsure about direction
