A hard physically demanding job

Pros

Management and coworkers were accommodating. Suggestions and ideas were heard from all members and if considered viable they would work to try an implement them.

Cons

Was a new office and as such a lot of internal structure wasn't setup causing lots of wait time for the field team and headaches for the Chief/Supervisors. Hard physically demanding job that can easily get you hurt if you aren't careful and aware of what your doing. Travel out of area, but maybe you like travel. Very Weather dependent.

-It was really fun and easy geospatial work which is why I am bummed out that it was such a hostile environment.

Cons

Trainers were jealous of skills of new employee. Fellow employees had horrible attitudes and people skills. Management refuses to manage. A real Tough Guy.
