      Bad work environment. Overworked employees. No appreciation of staff. Hostile managers and owners.

      Pros

      Not many. Really having to think hard here. Clean office is all I can think of.

      Cons

      Will work you to death with no overtime. Degrading and hostile, foul mouthed owners. Owners run around office yelling profanity and throwing things/slamming doors. Not a good place for women. Sexist behaviors. High turnover. The environment is very negative overall. Fear of being fired. Don't value employees. Non flexible work schedule.

      Pros

      They will throw out a very pretty number when offering a job, but I'd advise strongly against taking any position at this company.

      Cons

      there is absolutely no leadership or directional goals at this company. They will come sweeping in with what sounds like fantastic ideas but 9 times out of 10 you will be stopped a quarter of the way through by bureaucracy. You will be very disappointed if you expect to go to work and actually meet new people you can communicate with. In ESP's Policy Manual they distribute to new hires it actually notes to keep all 'social conversations at a minimum.' You will be expected to work overtime with no compensation (even if you've finished all your work).

      Great company to work for in the North and South Carolina markets

      Pros

      Work-life balance is about average. Compensation is better than most. Health care isn't bad, but a little bit higher bi-weekly premiums. Good atmosphere. Company is moving in the right directions with some understandable growing pains associated with it.

      Cons

      Training is lacking. Company wants to wait to the last minute to get certifications renewed, or people trained up.
