Pros

It's fun to see work translate to something tangible in a short period of time, i.e. seeing SportsCenter being broadcast nightly. Benefits are great through Disney.

Cons

Disney has absorbed a lot of the old free-for-all mentality and has applied some necessary and some unnecessary bureaucracy.

Pros

Looks good on a resume.

Cons

While a lot of people are leaving there still isn't much opportunity but there is a lot of favoritism. Low pay and low morale is common among the people actually making the content.
