Good benefits & Disney perks. Working with some of the most talented people in the industry was a great experience.

Middle management overseeing too many people to really stay involved in ensuring your personal success. Lack of concern for problematic co-workers & processes.

Pros

Great perks. Main campus is fun.

Cons

Limited mobility. Work Life balance depends on the managers within the Group...very poor. If you are liked, you will be treated well. Low pay compared to other places.
