Pros

Excellent working culture and superb colleagues. Unlimited leave policy.

Cons

Might have to work on shifts but that's okay since you will be overwhelmed by pros that the company has to offer.

Pros

Great atmosphere and work environment, wonderful staff and good management. Opportunity to work on excellent projects and creative license given.

Cons

Often use contracts for staff, rather than permanent roles. Requires a lot of weekend work and some unsociable hours.
