Pros

Pick your own schedule and choose the schools you're willing to work at. Only required to work a minimum of 4 days a month. Paid weekly.

Cons

Pay needs to be better. Some jobs take more out of you than others and you should be compensated accordingly. No real training. Once hired, you basically figure everything out on your own.
