-The pay is not good at all for longterm, it's ok for temporary employment -Management system is confusing, as your actual boss is the ESS regional manager rather than the administrators at the school you're working at -One time my hours were not logged in despite signing in on time and I had to wait a week to get paid for the previous week's hours -People call out a lot so their responsibilities get pushed onto you, and they assign kids randomly on those days without regard if you are compatible in terms of being a para for their needs
