Flexible job scheduling, but instability during budget cuts

It was easy to decide when & where to take jobs.

Cons

Sometimes being reassigned at schools left you working roles you didn't not originally sign up for. When districts started doing budget cuts, they stopped allowing for classified subs, so I went from daily jobs to no job for weeks to months at a time.

OK Place To Work If You Want To Work In The Educational Field

Pros

This position will actually help people to really consider working in the educational field and work in it for the long run. I took different assignments and working here helped me to fall in love with the educational field.

Cons

You will only survive if you are able to take the assignments that the school districts give to you. The school districts will re-assign you to different positions based on your availability. If you don't take their positions, you will end up gone ASAP.
