Cons

Limited options to choose from and low payment to substitute positions compared to industry standards for teachers.

High turnover so you will definitely be hired.

Cons

No paid holidays, no paid snow days, no paid spring break, no paid winter break, no paid summer break, no raise in 10+ years, very low pay, no paid overtime if you work more than 40 hours. Health benefits bear minimal. No useful training. No advancement opportunities.
