      Its flexible, but awful pay

      Pros

      *Flexibility is great *Getting to work with young minds *Understanding when you need to call in.

      Cons

      *The pay is the minimum for the state. *Claim there are health benefits and bonuses... it's basically a sham in that area. *No bonuses... not even Christmas
