Pros

Mike is one of the best people I've ever worked for. He takes time to really get to know your strengths and help you land the kind of gig you are really suited for.

Cons

Since Mike is so careful to match your skillset to the right opportunity, there are "downtimes" where you may have to take an assignment somewhere else.

Lots of flexibility and initiative. Creativity and personal risk taking encouraged, but data, facts and precise validation are required.

Cons

Lack of communication, little privacy, different departments didn't communicate well. Management full of surprises and somewhat opaque.
