Well-respected name in the industry. Cool new expansion building at headquarters. Extremely friendly and tight-knit employee culture. Good medical benefits. In-company hiring for upward mobility.

Cons

Company is growing exponentially as is the customer need for support. This can be overwhelming during busy seasons fall-winter. Can be difficult to integrate yourself into the rest of the company departments aside from Professional Services due to constant need to be present on the phones.
