Beware - Chaos is the Norm at ETQ

Pros

Remote workplace that helps with the chaos that is ETQ - Majority of high ratings are because of pressure from leadership in town hall meetings to add positive feedback in Glassdoor to help raise the ratings.

Cons

The processes are for development are very waterfall, extremely chaotic, and very reactive instead of planned. Top down management and decisions are made by legacy thinking. Leadership is incapable of thinking beyond numbers.
